Summary
One of our exclusive partners is seeking a Social Worker/Clinician for their new program opening in June. This role is responsible for the initial evaluation and patient intake interviews and assessments, asessment of patients' presenting problems, formulating diagnoses, and making recommendations regarding appropriate treatment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with developing, implementing, and modifying, as necessary, treatment plans and continuing care plans.
- Provide individual, group, family, marital and/or adjunctive therapies as needed.
- Conduct case management services and prepare discharge summaries.
- Other duties related to this role.
Requirements
- MA licensed clinical social worker or counselor, preferred
- Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or related is required
- Experience in addiction treatment and mental health
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $69,500.00 per year
